ABOUT US:

We are a leading provider of innovative business software solutions, including HR and Payroll systems, and Time and Billing software. We are a growing company with a strong presence in Thailand and are looking for a talented Senior Sales Representative to join our team.


MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
 

As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the success of our HR and Payroll SaaS solution by partnering with our sales team to deliver exceptional pre-sales support and technical guidance to prospective customers.



 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our HR and Payroll SaaS solution.
  • Documentation of solution design
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and capabilities of our solution with a proof of concept
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, including responding to technical queries and conducting proof of concepts.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer requirements and product enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and aligning our solution to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our solution offerings.

 

QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, HR Management or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, implementation or a related role, preferably in the HR and Payroll software industry.
  • Strong technical background with experience in SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and integrations.
  • Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors or BambooHR a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful presales engagements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
