DIRECTLY REPORTS TO:

Senior Product Designer / Lead Product Designer

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Illustrator with a strong portfolio that showcases high-quality illustration work. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and has working knowledge of After Effects (or equivalent). Familiarity with Figma is a plus. In this role, your main focus will be creating custom digital illustrations that bring Sprout’s brand and product stories to life, ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging user experience.

TASKS:

Illustration Creation: Develop original, polished digital illustrations for product interfaces, marketing materials, and storytelling content.
Motion Graphics (Optional): Produce basic animated elements using After Effects or similar tools (a plus).
UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate with the product design team using Figma to design, and refine visual elements.

Creative Brainstorming: Participate in creative sessions to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches for Sprout products.
Feedback Implementation: Iterate on design concepts based on team feedback and evolving product needs.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Adobe After Effects (or equivalent): Proficiency in creating compelling motion graphics.
Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent): Expertise in vector design and illustration.
Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent): Expertise in graphic design.

QUALIFICATIONS

A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in digital illustration.
Passion for digital design and a keen eye for detail.
Experience creating illustration systems for product use
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
