MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The primary responsibility of a Support Engineering Intern is to assist in the development and enhancement of support processes and tools, contribute to AI-driven initiatives, and/or provide technical assistance for API-related investigations. The intern will work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient resolutions and continuous improvements.
TASKS:
- Assist in enhancing internal tools (currently using C#) to improve efficiency and functionality.
- Pilot the development of an AI-powered resolution/workaround/root cause analysis (RCA) tool by leveraging existing documentation and Jira tickets.
- Participate in API investigation tickets to analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, identify root causes, and suggest resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Document findings, updates, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Participate in team meetings and other activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the team.
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field
- Familiarity with C# programming (preferred but not required).
- Interest or basic knowledge in AI concepts and data analysis tools is a plus.
