We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Consultant to drive the adoption of Sprout Inbound within the automotive and real estate sectors. You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—helping clients understand the value of our AI-powered sales assistant. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage key decision-makers. Your contributions will be vital to our growth and revenue objectives.

Sprout Inbound is an AI Sales Assistant designed to revolutionize how automotive and real estate teams capture, engage, and convert leads. Our AI-powered platform helps businesses streamline their sales process, nurture prospects effectively, and ultimately drive significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Identify Leads: Target key decision-makers in the real estate and automotive industries through outbound methods, networking, and collaboration with the LDU Specialist.
- Understand Client Needs: Tailor presentations to address the specific challenges of dealership owners, sales managers, real estate brokers, and agents.
- Present and Demonstrate Solutions: Articulate the value proposition and ROI of Sprout Inbound, showcasing product capabilities through compelling demos.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Nurture leads, ensure consistent follow-ups, and close deals effectively.
- Negotiate and Overcome Objections: Address client concerns, provide solutions, and drive successful contract signings.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Align lead generation strategies and provide market insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilize CRM Tools: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions in HubSpot.
- Stay Industry Informed: Keep up with trends in automotive, real estate, and AI-powered sales tools.
- Contribute to Strategy Development: Assist in refining sales strategies and materials for optimal impact.
Qualifications:
- Strong Sales Acumen – Ability to find opportunities, drive sales, and close deals
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills – Capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing – Familiarity with automation, lead generation, and tech trends.
- B2B Sales Experience – Comfortable with business-to-business sales dynamics, particularly in marketing tech or business automation solutions.
- Technology Aptitude – Willingness to learn AI-powered tools.
- Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Competitive drive to exceed targets.
- Relationship Building – Ability to foster long-term client connections.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in Automotive or Real Estate Sales.
- B2B SaaS Sales Background.
- Understanding of Inbound Marketing & Sales Automation Tools.
- CRM Proficiency (HubSpot preferred).
