DIRECTLY REPORTS TO:

Director of Business Development and Generation

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The Lead Generation Intern, starts the entire sales cycle of Sprout Solutions. This Intern will get the opportunity to Data mine potential clients and research different market verticals. The Lead Generation Intern will also assist in the admin tasks such as data management, scheduling meetings, and help draft email campaigns.

TASKS:

Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets using online tools and databases.
Build and maintain a database of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation activities with campaign objectives.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead-generation efforts, providing insights for improvement.
Support the team with additional administrative and strategic tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS Business Administration or Communication Arts course
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about sales and marketing processes.
