MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
As a Mid Market Success Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the mid-market segment. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging with mid-sized companies, understanding their specific business needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product or service offerings. This role requires a keen ability to build strong relationships, navigate complex sales processes, and meet revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Mid Market Client Acquisition : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential mid-market clients and build a robust sales pipeline in our roster of current clients. Utilize various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, digital prospecting, and referrals, to generate leads and opportunities.
- Account Management: Nurture existing mid-market client relationships, in collaboration with CSMs, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. Participate in Product Alignment, Renewal discussions and courtesy visits (mostly onsite).
- Consultative Selling: Engage with existing mid-sized accounts to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, pain points, and growth strategies. Present our products and services as effective solutions that align with their specific needs.
- Solution Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to mid-market clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our offerings and how they can address their business challenges.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop customized proposals that meet the specific requirements of mid-market clients. Ensure proposals are comprehensive, competitive, and tailored to the client's industry.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with mid-market clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Handle objections and address concerns to ensure successful deal closure.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales, with a focus on mid-market clients.
- In-depth knowledge of mid-market sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the complexities of mid-sized companies' needs.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience using CRM tools and other sales software for lead management and reporting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with mid-market trends and industry dynamics is a plus.
