About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our dynamic product management team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology, user experience, and data-driven decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience in product development, user research, and agile methodologies while contributing to real-world projects that impact our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user research to gather insights for product improvements.
• Support the product team in defining and documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to help execute product initiatives.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to understand the agile development process.
• Analyze user behavior and product performance using analytics tools to identify trends and areas for optimization.
• Prepare product documentation, including release notes, FAQs, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in user testing and gather feedback to improve product usability and experience.
• Support product managers in prioritizing backlog items and tracking project progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic understanding of product development, user experience (UX), and agile methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Google Product Suite, Notion, JIRA, Confluence or other project management tools.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and improving user experiences.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
