MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst who blends analytical rigor, technical fluency, and strategic thinking to drive scalable and predictable revenue growth. This is a hands-on role that will have a direct impact across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

You will be responsible for transforming revenue data into actionable insights, optimizing and automating workflows across the entire customer lifecycle, and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. This role combines data analysis, process optimization, and strategic guidance to align all go-to-market teams around a unified revenue strategy.

You will own end-to-end visibility of the revenue funnel—leveraging tools like HubSpot, Power BI, Python, and SQL—to identify opportunities, improve performance, and recommend data-backed strategies that enable growth at scale.

TASKS:

  • Standardize, optimize, and automate revenue processes across the customer lifecycle—including lead management, pipeline stages, renewals, and cross-functional handoffs—to support scalable and efficient growth.
  • Manage and improve operational workflows for the Growth and Customer Success teams, including onboarding, lifecycle tracking, customer health scoring, and retention processes.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, CS, Growth) to support smooth handovers and maintain consistency across systems and touchpoints.
  • Use tools like Python, Power BI, HubSpot, SQL, and automation platforms streamline reporting, reduce manual work, and enhance visibility across the funnel.
  • Apply AI-driven solutions to improve forecasting, automate insights, and support data-backed decision-making across the revenue engine.
     
  • Analyze core revenue metrics (e.g., funnel conversion, LTV:CAC, churn, pipeline velocity) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to support real-time business monitoring and cross-functional transparency.
  • Develop and refine models for lead scoring, attribution, and customer segmentation to support targeted GTM strategies.
  • Maintain data quality, reporting consistency, and integration across RevOps systems to enable reliable and scalable operations.
     

QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or a data-focused role
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for data analysis, automation, or productivity enhancement
  • Proven ability to optimize, standardize, and automate processes across the customer lifecycle
  • Experience supporting cross-functional alignment, especially during handoffs across Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success
  • Skilled in data analysis, data storytelling, and turning insights into strategic recommendation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with Power BI—including vibe coding for creating apps, Python, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) is a plus
