MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

As a Content Marketing Writer at Sprout, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and creative content across various mediums. We’re looking for a versatile writer with a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of different writing styles. 

 

TASKS:

Content Writing:

Create high-quality, informative, and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

Creative Writing:

Develop imaginative and creative content that captivates and entertains readers, fostering a strong connection with our brand and owned/connected social media channels (ie Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok etc)

Copywriting:

Craft persuasive and compelling copy for marketing materials, paid ads, emails and promotional content to drive audience engagement and conversion.

Blog Writing:

Generate insightful and shareable blog posts that demonstrate expertise in our industry/niche and contribute to our thought leadership.

Professional/ Business Writing:

Produce polished and professional written materials, including reports, whitepapers, and other business-related documents; Develop clear and concise business-focused copy that communicates key messages and aligns with our brand strategy.

Copy Editing:

Review and edit content for grammar, style, and coherence, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.

Keyword Research:

Able to conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and enhance our online visibility.

Website Content Writing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling website content that enhances user experience and supports our overall digital strategy.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and creative writing for 2 years or more.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and proficiency in different content formats.
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
