We are a leading B2B SaaS provider in the HR technology space for companies of all sizes. We offer two core SaaS solutions: a Payroll system which is a requirement for most companies; and a cloud-based Time and Billing system, which is relevant to services companies across various industries, including accounting, legal, engineering, construction, architecture, and other time-based professional services firms.
Who are We Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Thailand. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation, enhancing brand visibility, and accelerating revenue growth. As a bilingual professional proficient in both Thai and English, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Demand Generation Strategy:
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Leverage marketing engines such as SEO, online advertising, PPC, content marketing, cold and nurture email marketing, events, and PR.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with in-house or external content creators to produce compelling marketing content.
- Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely release of marketing materials.
- Agency Collaboration:
- Work closely with your appointed full-service marketing agency.
- Manage agency relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective execution of campaigns.
- Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Understand our solutions thoroughly and identify key features that resonate with our target audience.
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning to drive customer engagement.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for product-specific campaigns.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer success counterparts in Thailand to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Work closely with the VP of Growth, Heads of Product Marketing, and Marketing Communications at our Philippines headquarters.
Where You’ve Been:
- Experience: Over 8 years of professional experience, with ideally demonstrable exposure in the B2B/SaaS technology marketing space.
- Skills:
- Proven track record in planning and executing demand generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing engines (SEO, online advertising, PPC, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong program management abilities.
- Ability to drive cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking.
- Experience in agency management and collaboration.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proficient in native Thai and English language
Location:
- Based in Thailand.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports to the VP of Growth.
