Position Summary
The Consultant of Business Development & Revenue Strategy is responsible for driving
sustainable revenue growth across both traditional and non-traditional income streams
for the school. This includes supporting enrollment growth and tuition-based revenue, while also
developing enterprise partnerships, programs, and commercial initiatives that diversify and
strengthen the school’s financial position.
This role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who can balance educational mission,
market demand, and financial performance while building scalable revenue platforms for the
school.
Key Responsibilities
Traditional Revenue Growth (Enrollment & Tuition Support)
● Partner with admissions and marketing teams to support enrollment growth, retention,
and yield
● Develop external partnerships, feeder programs, and institutional relationships that
strengthen enrollment pipelines
● Identify new program formats, grade-level offerings, or learning models that enhance the
school’s market competitiveness
Non-Traditional & Enterprise Revenue Development
● Identify, develop, and manage non-tuition revenue streams, including:
○ Corporate partnerships and sponsorships
○ Facility rentals and campus utilization (events, training, sports, arts, conferences)
○ After-school, weekend, summer, and enrichment programs
○ Corporate training, youth leadership, and skills-development programs
○ Strategic collaborations, licensing, and co-branded initiatives
● Build financial models, pricing strategies, and operating plans for new initiatives
● Lead negotiations and structure commercial agreements and partnerships
Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion
● Establish and manage relationships with corporations, NGOs, foundations, government-
linked entities, and education partners
● Position the school as a trusted education and community partner in Metro Manila and
beyond
● Identify emerging opportunities in K–12 education, workforce readiness, enrichment, and
lifelong learning
Internal Collaboration & Execution
● Work closely with academic leadership to ensure revenue initiatives align with curriculum
standards, child protection policies, and school values
● Coordinate with finance, legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure compliant and
effective execution
● Oversee implementation and scaling of new programs and partnerships
● Track revenue performance, ROI, and impact across all revenue streams
Qualifications
Required
● 5+ years of experience in business development, revenue strategy, partnerships, or
commercial leadership roles
● Proven success managing or growing both core (tuition/enrollment) and non-core
revenue streams
● Strong financial, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
● Ability to work effectively in a mission-driven, education-focused environment
Preferred
● Experience in K–12 education, education services, or youth-focused organizations
● Familiarity with the Philippine education market and corporate/CSR landscape
● Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
