Performance Marketer (Hybrid)
MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving high-impact marketing campaigns focusing on performance metrics such as ROI, CPL, and other key KPIs. You will work across multiple digital channels, including search, social, SEO, email marketing, and display advertising, using your expertise to optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and ensure we maximize our marketing spend. Your strategic mindset and data-driven approach will be key to improving conversion rates, scaling paid media, and driving revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet the company’s growth goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and display ads.
- Incorporate SEO strategies, keyword research and best practices into campaigns to enhance organic traffic.
- Lead email marketing efforts to drive engagement and conversions, including segmentation, campaign design, and performance tracking.
- Ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Data-Driven Optimization:
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum performance using A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to maximize performance.
- Monitor spending and adjust bids, ad copy, and creative assets to maintain cost efficiency and achieve target CPAs.
- Cross-Channel Marketing:
- Leverage paid social, search, display, email marketing, SEO, and retargeting to develop integrated performance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and email designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CPA, CPC, etc.).
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics/ GA4, Ads Manager, Email software tools, etc.) for better attribution, report generation, and insights on campaign performance for presentation to stakeholders.
- Market Research & Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or other related fields
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid search, paid social, display advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution models, and marketing technologies. HubSpot certifications or relevant training in HubSpot Workflows is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize workflows and drive performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality results; capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in B2B marketing/sales, and proficiency in Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
