About the Role
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s revenue-generating functions by managing data, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring smooth business operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s revenue-generating functions by managing data, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring smooth business operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management:
- Maintain data accuracy across CRM and operational systems.
- Monitor and validate data inputs to ensure reliable reporting and analysis.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare recurring reports and dashboards to track key business metrics such as pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Execution:
- Support operational processes related to lead management, sales activities, deal progression, and customer onboarding.
- Ensure timely updates of records, deal stages, and customer information across systems.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to support revenue-generating activities.
- Assist in the coordination of business reviews, reporting cycles, and operational projects.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work comfortably with data and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with business systems such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a structured environment.
- Basic knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Exposure to sales operations, marketing operations, or finance processes through internships or academic projects.
