MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Business partner with a passion for establishing and implementing HR programs within the specific needs of the company, while aligning business objectives. In this role, you will manage core HR functions—such as employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, Learning and Development, compensation and benefits and HR compliance. TASKS:
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development and offboarding.
- Manage employee relations by fostering a positive, inclusive workplace and resolving conflicts when needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration.
- Assess organizational learning needs through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with managers.
- Develop, implement, and oversee L&D programs, including workshops, training sessions, and e-learning initiatives.
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and refine programs as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to introduce innovative and engaging learning solutions.
- Partner with department heads to create personalized development plans for employees.
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
- Lead recognition and reward programs to celebrate Rockstar achievements.
- Organize team-building activities and events to foster collaboration and camaraderie.
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years in an HR Generalist or related role, with proven experience in Learning and Development and Compensation and Benefits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs and employee engagements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and L&D platforms.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- A self-starter, can do attitude that focused on getting results.
