QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years in an HR Generalist or related role, with proven experience in Learning and Development and Compensation and Benefits

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs and employee engagements
Proficiency in HRIS systems and L&D platforms.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
A self-starter, can do attitude that focused on getting results.
