QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  •  3–5 years in an HR Generalist or related role, with proven experience in Learning and Development and Compensation and Benefits
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs and employee engagements
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and L&D platforms.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • A self-starter, can do attitude that focused on getting results.
